Terms and Conditions for "Win a Signed Leeds United Kit" Prize Draw

1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is ZING Oral Care Limited, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK (hereafter referred to as "ZING"). The prize draw is conducted in conjunction with Leeds United Football Club Limited (company number 06233875) of Elland Road Stadium, Elland Road, Leeds, LS11 0ES ("LUFC").

2. Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of ZING, Leeds United, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. How to Enter
3.1. The prize draw will be promoted on Leeds United's official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter).
3.2. Entry requirements, including completing Typeform but not limited to liking a post, following ZING and Leeds United on specified platforms, and commenting or sharing, will be detailed in the social media promotion.
3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3.4. ZING accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues, delays, or any other reason beyond ZING's control.

4. Prize
4.1. The prize is one Leeds United football kit signed by members of the team.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
4.3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ZING reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value.

5. Prize Draw Dates
5.1. The prize draw will open on November 20, 2024, and close on December 1, 2024.
5.2. Entries received after 11:59 PM on December 1, 2024 will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
6.2. The draw will be conducted by ZING under supervision and the decision is final.

7. Winner Notification
7.1. The winner will be notified via the social media platform they entered on within 7 days of the closing date.
7.2. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, ZING reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7.3. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before claiming the prize.

8. Publicity
8.1. By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or image for promotional purposes by ZING and Leeds United without further compensation.

9. Data Protection
9.1. By entering the draw you consent to receiving occasional notifications from ZING for the purpose of the administarion of the prize draw and marketing offers in accordance with ZING's Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
9.2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the prize draw or as required by law.

10. General
10.1. ZING reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
10.2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
