Refund policy

 RETURNS

Your experience means everything. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, get in touch with us at help@zingtoothpaste.com and we'll do everything we can to help. We’ve outlined our fully transparent refund policy below so you know exactly where you stand.

 

1.YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES FAULTY 

 

1.1 Nobody likes a faulty product - that's a given. Fortunately, faulty products are extremely rare. However, should you find yourself among the extremely unlucky few that have received a faulty product, we'll do everything we can to get you smiling again: email us at help@zingtoothpaste.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll examine your case. For us to resolve your issue quickly, please provide your original order number and a description or video/picture of the fault.

1.2 If the item has been unopened and remains in its original packaging, you have the right to return within the first 14 days of delivery. Certain personal care, beauty and cosmetic goods cannot be returned. This means refills and refill packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. We can only accept returns on refills when the item is faulty or in exceptional circumstances.

 

2.YOU'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

 

2.1 If you’ve received the wrong order, let us know straight away by getting in touch at help@zingtoothpaste.com. Please do attach a photo of the incorrect order, and state the item that’s missing along with your original order number.

 

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTIES

We ship internationally; however, please note the following:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your local government.
  • These fees vary by country and are not included in the order total at checkout.
  • The recipient is fully responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country’s customs authorities.
  • Unfortunately, ZING ORAL CARE LIMITED has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and your package is returned to us, we may offer a refund minus the original shipping fee. Some international returns may not be eligible for refunds depending on the customs policies of your country.
